BMS is a computer-based control system installed in Jameel Square that controls and monitors the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as HVAC System, Lighting and Power Systems, Pumps, Parking Areas CO concentration, Supply and Exhaust System, Fire Alarm and Firefighting System, Public Address and Elevators.
At Jameel Square, we use a sophisticated security system to ensure the security and safety of all the facilities in the building by conducting various security patrols that are electronically documented through the system, which helps to raise the security sense of the security officer. The system’s points have been distributed in a way that enables our security officers to verify the safety of all facilities in the building throughout each patrol.
