Prayer Rooms

Calm air-conditioned prayer rooms, allowing tenants and guests to pray in a setting that is both suitable and appropriate. 2 Praying rooms for men, and one for ladies. Our main prayer room in the 1st floor and 10th floors includes advance ablution area which reduces water wastage and has an acrylic finishing that facilitates cleaning and hygiene.

Cleaning Services

Our dedicated team provides detailed cleaning services, designed to keep the building looking its best. Committed to delivering a healthy and safe environment at all times. The cleaning materials used at the building is highly effective new green chemical technologies in the housekeeping and industrial cleaning sectors, to meet environmental standards, including LEED accreditation.

Convenience Store and Cafes

Located in the Building’s outer courtyard, there are two different cafes and 1 convenience store “Circle K”, offering an assortment of delicious food selection as well as finest coffee that create an unique experience for coffee lovers.

Car Wash Service

This service is given to customers in Basement 2, using steam wash to expertly clean a car’s exterior and interior.

Vending Machines

Our indoor vending machines deliver verity choices from snacks, healthy sandwiches & delicious salads to the soft drinks, desserts, etc.

Public Toilets

3 toilets for males and 2 for females, ensuring that every surface and object in the room is clean, shining, and sanitized.

Special parking bays are available for individuals with disabilities.They are somewhat broader than regular parking space, to enable easy access.

HADYA ROOF

Hadya Roof is an outdoor break area allocated for ladies on the 10th floor, to ensure their full comfort in a healthy working environment.

This is one of the latest services we provide to our tenants, our cleaning team provides daily cleaning services to the offices professionally in a quick manner, offering our clients hassle-free of bringing a competent cleaning worker and ensuring that the service is carried out as required.

Our front desk receptionists are there to make good first impression and help on whatever inquiries about Jameel Square or its companies. We have a dedicated receptionists who deal with all customers with decent professionalism every day.

Security Team

Security in Jameel Square is considered as top priority, that why we have a highly trained team of security staff working around-the-clock. Our staff also got training in fire extinguishing, first aids, in addition, that they enjoy the long experience in dealing with customers.

Parking Systems

The car parking management monitored thru RFID stickers and car finder mapping system. It provides detailed tracking to any car accessing the parking area. In addition to that, our parking equipped with advanced sensors that help you park your car efficiently.

Building Management System (BMS)

BMS is a computer-based control system installed in Jameel Square that controls and monitors the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as HVAC System, Lighting and Power Systems, Pumps, Parking Areas CO concentration, Supply and Exhaust System, Fire Alarm and Firefighting System, Public Address and Elevators.

Patrol System

At Jameel Square, we use a sophisticated security system to ensure the security and safety of all the facilities in the building by conducting various security patrols that are electronically documented through the system, which helps to raise the security sense of the security officer. The system’s points have been distributed in a way that enables our security officers to verify the safety of all facilities in the building throughout each patrol.
