3. While the Platform Operator strives to ensure data protection, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

User data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, or as required by law or contractual obligations, including dispute resolution and legal enforcement.

7. User Rights

Subject to applicable laws, the User has the right to:

1. Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
2. Request deletion of personal data if no longer needed for the stated purposes, provided no legal or regulatory obligations prevent deletion.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or application shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Jeddah.
